The company’s customers and partners come from all over the world with different demands and cultures.Main responsibilities:• Leader of Users team: - Lead the team to conduct customer researches and keep all activities being tracked to control the quality of planning and running experiments;- Identify the current problems and forecast the potential or upcoming trend of customers’ behaviour by observing and evaluating the performance of all activities;- Investigate the patterns and reasons behind users’ behaviour by inspecting the company’s database and collecting insight from User Researches (User Testing, Interview; Survey etc.);- Plan, organise and execute UX Research projects;- Review and improve workflows and guidelines and analyse the outcomes of getting insights from users activities. • Member of Website team: - Track and report traffic to website by using UA and GA4;- Construct and update solutions for tracking;- Participate in CRO activities;- Allocate tests, then collect and evaluate the data to form solutions to optimise conversion funnel.• Other activities:- Support customers;- Be active in Shopify community to raise brand awareness.
