As the Senior Director of Information Technology Services I am responsible for the strategic design, development and implementation of the technology portfolio of organizational information systems, software applications, website systems, desktop and infrastructure systems, and the tactical support of technology to facilitate business operations including systems physical and virtual security.Responsibilities:· Lead the IT Team in using Technology Solutions to provide optimized business operations that reduce costs and increase revenue generation.· Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in support of stakeholders.· Establish relationships with Department Leaders to determine how technology can assist their operations.· Develop and administer the annual IT Budget that includes expenses directly assigned to IT as well as IT expenses assigned to other departments.
