I've been working in I.T for a total of 9 years. It's difficult to describe the number of technologies I've learned and touched in this time. In this time, I've taken care of the complete business needs of roughly 300 business clients and roughly 1,500 personal clients. In more recent years I've found myself leading projects, training new hires and co-workers, and maintaining customer-client relationships on top of my normal responsibilities of installing maintaining and operating the following.- Windows domains, servers.- PC repair, remotely, onsite, and in-house- Phone and Camera systems- Cabling in both new and old construction- Wireless systems (including cellular boosters)- Many othersI feel it's also important to point out that I frequently lead projects with helpers in dangerous, swelteringly hot environments while utilizing heavy machinery such as bucket trucks, scissor lifts and booms. I've always managed to do these jobs without incident. Proper planning and implementation are paramount in the world of I.T and it's something I practice with every day.
