I am leading legal support to The Brink’s Company’s "Europe" and “Rest of World” reporting segments (i.e., Europe - Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific), for all lines of businesses, the key ones being Cash Management, Global Services and Security Services. Europe and Rest of World accounted together for USD 1.9 billion revenue in 2023.The Brink’s Company is a global leader in total cash management, route-based secure logistics and payment solutions including cash-in-transit, ATM services, cash management services (including vault outsourcing, money processing and intelligent safe services), and international transportation of valuables. Brink’s was founded in Chicago in 1859 and is one of oldest brand listed on the New York Stock Exchange (BCO). Brink’s international network serves customers in more than 100 countries and employs approximately 74,000 people. My role is to coordinate and provide legal support to the countries in Europe, Middle-East Africa, Asia and Pacific in a way that supports and enhances our business strategies and growth initiatives while ensuring compliance in everything we do. Since May 25, 2018, I am also Data Protection Officer (GDPR) for The Brink's Company.I am an Executive Committee member in Brink’s France and a Board member in several of our legal entities in Europe, Middle-East and Asia.

I was apppointed to the Board in 2020, Vice President in January 2023 and elected President in May 2023.

In addition, I have held the following mandates:- Secretary General from 2009 to April 2013 and from March 2015 to April 2016,- Vice-President from May 2013 to April 2016.Cercle Montesquieu has been created in 1993 and is today one of the leading think tank on the issues general counsels have to deal with in their expert and manager roles.
