From trainee to owner at Instec after 8 years of work. I started as a security installer, until I was responsible for developing solutions and technical sales.In the Software segment, at Platinium SW I worked on organizing product backlog and identifying new trends in solutions for service companies.In 2019 at EVDC/ Midax, I had to remake the old project (5 years from development) and include 4 more operacional management solutions in 1 year (activity, stock, requisition, refund and eletronic point), applying simplification and optimization of architecture, new programming language (Flutter) and perform the entire process by smartphone.I have managed products and coordinated teams of developers with agile method (Scrum; Kanban), and when possible I make mockup in Adobe XD for better explanation and understanding of the concept and process by team.Over almost 20 years of work, I acquired business experience in security, facilities and maintenance segment, studied technologies for development and solutions, in addition to seeking to understand and improve the end user experience in our products.
