The Goal of Learning Project is a student-led initiative at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign whose mission is to provide students in impoverished communities with the materials and the incentive to pursue an education. By promoting global citizenship, we will inspire students at the University of Illinois to use their vast resources to make an impact in the communities in which we operate. We aim to improve the surrounding community by developing leaders and raising awareness through partnerships with corporations, and charitable organizations. We strive towards the goal of a brighter future.------Our organization is dedicated to the advancement of education for children in impoverished communities but in order to do that, we need a capable and cohesive group of individuals working to further our goal. While many of our activities involve reaching out to the Champaign community, we also seek to build up the talents and skills of our members.
