Skils :• Quality Monitoring/Control • Engineering Change Management • Customer Support• New Product Development • Process Improvement & Support • Vendor Development• 4M Management • Documents Change/Revision Control • Audits & ReviewsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leading a team of 12 persons & controlling of in-process, outgoing & customer end quality through Quality Management System. Preparing & implementing quality assurance program appropriate to the specific products to meet the pre-set quality standards. Preparation of In-Process Inspection Standards (Process Inspection/Self & Sequential/Time Check/LQC/OQC Standards). Preparation of Quality Formats for Patrol Inspection, Defect Monitoring, Process & LQC Reports, CTP/CTQ Monitoring, OQC etc.  Control of CTP (Pipe Bending M/c) & CTQ (Stopper/Shell Depth, D-Con roundness) and solving daily production and Quality issues. Monitoring Rejection & Rework on daily basis and taking Counter-measures to eliminate contributing factors. Monitoring LRN & LRR and control defects through Corrective and Preventive Action Plan (CAPA) to achieve Quality Objectives at internal & customer both ends. Gathering, collating and analyzing internal & external Quality data to draw interferences MIS report on weekly & monthly basis. Monitoring of Line Major Process through DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improvement & Control) to reduce the losses. Hosting daily quality meetings, managing product & quality reviews & conducting root- cause analysis for issues. Organizing weekly and monthly quality meeting with all concern dep’t for assessment of quality and corrective action to improve Quality at supplier, internal & customer end. Effectively & efficiently dealing with customer queries/ complaints & developing need based solution to problems. Analyzing defect trend & tracks, designing & implementing fool proof methods for continuous process improvement.Specialties: Lead Auditor for Internal Audits for QMS, ISO.Member of a team for new product testing validation and model launching.
