Cover the overall cycle count and replenishment stocks in Distribution Center (DC).Cover overall SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) of Distribution Center (DC).Ensure Executive in-charge for maintaining up to-date physical housekeeping and bin integrity.Practice and adhere to 7S and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health ActsEnsure all stocks in the physical bins are check follow the bin location, product code, description, batch and expiry date accordance to the bin reports printed by system.Ensure no dented and short expiry goods are place in the sound bin to avoid wrongly picked by picker. If any, all these stocks have to be removed and transfer to 9167 location for short expiry goods and 9169 location for dented goods.Ensure replenishment stocks for fixed bins are carry out by the RTD and meet the hourly replenishment KPIEnsure all cycle count and housekeeping reports are properly keep tracked and filed for future reference.Reconcile the Cycle count variances and summarized the total variances on monthly basis.Share reports to finance on provision for stock shortages monthly.
