I recently completed my MBA with a specialization in HR which has equipped me with a robust foundation in this domain.During my MBA, I had the opportunity to intern for three months at Srishti Innovative Computer Systems Pvt Ltd in Thiruvananthapuram. This experience allowed me to work on a significant project titled, "Navigating Gig economy & Effective HR Management".I am passionate about creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
