Currently, heading the team for the Development of Residential Town Ship- 85 Acres at Tricone City Patiala. Details as under:1. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.2. Liaising with local authorities i.e. Development Authorities, Town & Country Planning, Electricity Board, Pollution Control Board, MOEF, CWD & Forest etc. to ensure compliance with local development/construction regulations and by-laws. 3. Liaising with architects, consultants for the preparations Detailed Designs, Working Drawings, Bill of Quantities, and Tender Documents for standard specifications, work plan and Quality construction.4. Setting out layout plans, leveling and surveying the site for the effective development of Township.5. Main technical personnel on the construction site for contractors/subcontractors, craft people and operative team.6. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations including Ensuring that all materials used and the work of development is performed as per specifications.7. Conducting site review meetings at regular intervals to achieve preconceived time and financial ideas and participating in review meetings for evaluating progress, providing technical inputs.8. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters with effective resource utilization to maximize the output.9. Day to day management of the site, including monitoring and supervising the site labour force and the work of all contractors/subcontractors.10. Preparing reports as required and updating actual progress, analyzing variance, and taking steps to mitigate the same. Proposing cost – effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.11. Checking of monthly bills raised by Contractors/subcontractors and analyzing extra claims & deviations. Processing of final bills and closure of contracts.

Project Comprises of construction of Heavy Industrial Building:• Bogie Shop.• Loco test Shops. • Paint Shop.• Electric Sub-Station.• Compressor House.• Loco Stripping Shop.All the building Constitutes RCC Structures, Fabrication & Erection of Steel Lattice Girders having span 100 feet & weighing 10 Tons each, erected up to the height of 75 feet, heavy machine foundations, Gantry Girders for the erection of heavy Gantry Cranes for handling Railways Engines and Bogies.
