G.O. Burton is a revenue and partnership seeker for Playhybrid, where he is responsible for growing global business development operations, strategic partnerships, and delivering strong revenue growth. Burton served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Distribution for Ateliere Entertainment Technologies, where he was responsible for driving B2B and consumer growth, managing sales operations, and leading distribution of the global portfolio across all platforms. He worked with companies such as Amazon, HBO, Netflix, A&E Networks, E.W. Scripps, and MGM. In 2015, G.O. served as Senior Vice President, Global Business and Partnerships at CNK Digital (acquired by EPIK Learning), an app developer, mobile hardware, and distributor of award-winning educational software, apps, and tablets. During his tenure, he effectively increased revenue for all products through expanded retail distribution. He helped boost user acquisitions worldwide via new OEM partners, mobile app developers, and influencer networks. Some partners include but are not limited to Walmart, Toys R Us, Warner Bros, and Target. G.O.’s initial foray into the VOD and multi-platform video distribution space began as VP of Client Services and Advertising Operations at Ripe Digital Entertainment. G.O. managed a national client management team in NYC and Los Angeles. His group worked with companies such as Proctor and Gamble, AXE, and Subaru. G.O. received an MFA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. G.O. is a big supporter of the Los Angeles Food Bank and can be found volunteering there in his spare time.
