Senior Digital Transformation Consultant• Act as a Benchmarking Analyst, participate in Data Maturity Assessment and POC Data Warehouse Project for a Hanoi Securities company.• Participate in Digital Transformation Consulting Project for a HCM Notary firm.• Participate in the stage of demonstrating the business's competence to potential customers, especially customers from VNR500.• Engage in fabricating the CMC Digital Transformation Framework suite for businesses.• Provide Domain Expert advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs.• Run discovery strategy phases of work, develop business transformation vision, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs, and target experiences.• Form digital-led transformation strategies with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, technologists, and experienced designers.

• Connect and manage strong and long-term partnerships with nearly 100 worldwide strategic partners (HPE, Cisco, SAP, UiPath, Oracle, Dell, and other hardware and software providers) by executing a business plan, controlling and ensuring the best performance with expert competencies.• Act as a Project Manager, and team leader of 3 groups, focusing on Managing Domestic partnership, Managing International partnership, and Internal/External Marketing, including but not limited to the following tasks:+ Support sales and internal activities, focus on updating policies, programs, promotions, and execute deal registration.+ Keep up with partnership activities: quarterly business review, partner enablement, account mapping, tech mapping, generating leads.+ Execute demand generation marketing activities such as self-directed, partner-directed, and joint webinars, workshops, and offline events (of all sectors: Enterprises, Banking, FSI, SMB, Public sectors).+ Support creating content for digital and traditional marketing.

• Connect and develop new partnerships with Domestic and International partners to enlarge the ecosystem of solutions for Public Sector and Enterprise (VNR500) Customers.• Manage Projects related to collaborated solutions, and products, including but not limited to the following tasks: o Support Sales departments in partnership activities, focusing on policies, programs, and promotions. o Connect novel companies, providing solutions suited to customers' needs. o Develop and manage collaborated solutions belonging to the Smart factory ecosystem. o Analyze the potential of implementing Virtual reality in Driving learning, known as Driving Simulation.

• Connect with International partners, especially partners with AI Camera solutions (Hikvision, Hanwha Techwin).• Support Sales departments in building partnerships with International Partners providing products, and solutions based on Customers’ requirements.
