• Collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and key team members of the project team.• Obtaining all approvals from the local AHJs for the projects.• Conducting and coordinating the process of permit approvals (applications, permit tracking, corrections, permit issuance, contractor registrations…).• Coordination with cross-discipline team members to scheduling site visits assessments and installations as well as all required inspections. • Implementation of production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.• Ensuring the project status is updated in Project management (CRM / ERP) tools and providing regular reporting on the project status to the Management.• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.• Regular communication and follow up on project status with all the interested parties for the duration of their projects.• Overseeing the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, guidelines, and motivation.• Determining project risks and prepare plans for risks mitigation.• Managing projects change to ensure customer satisfaction and company benefits.

- Raising accurate purchase requisitions and receipting open purchase order lines in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations,- Analysis of finance codes and periodic purchase order auidit,- Providing quotes for regrades, renewals and changes to product as requested by the customer.

Quality control of construction documents and handling the document turnover process through the e-Builder platform.
