Clinica Terre, the initial implementation of Salesforce was led, and an application was developed to synchronize appointments. Additionally, KPIs for tracking and productivity were modeled and implemented, and indicators for customer loyalty and business management were designed and implemented.3. Inmobiliaria Makro, the sales and rental management process in Salesforce was implemented, including the automatic generation of quotes and contracts in PDF format. Salesforce was configured for the administration of apartment management projects, and application and document reception processes were implemented. A system for tracking customer inquiries, questions, and complaints was also developed, and an automatic online integration of Salesforce with SAP ERP was carried out. A dynamic quote generator for available apartments was designed, and management indicators were generated in reports with graphs and metrics to control and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.4. Auto Corp, an automated prospect management process was modeled and implemented.5. Honda Motors, the management of internal processes was improved and automated, including the incentive system for salespeople and integration with the backend for notifications of new vehicles. A comprehensive project was carried out in the IT area that included the design, development, and testing of an 11-port intranet. The intranet was managed by a system implemented in Visual Basic with Microsoft Sql Server 7.0, which facilitated communication between the sales, billing, warehouse, and repair departments, automating a large number of company processes.
