Future Careers team falls under Global Talent Acquisition at Vinted, which focuses on long-term goals of turning the dial on diversity in the organisation and prevents shortage of recruitment needs. We do this by owning what is related to increasing entry points to access one’s future career such as collaborating on career events with the 3rd sector to engage with school pupils, promoting & running our programmes like Summer Vintern, Vinted Engineering or Data Science & Analytics Academies.My scope is mostly focused on external partnerships, employer branding & coordinating the programmes.

With its circular economy business model, it challenges the over consumption and e-waste of electronic devices and offers a more economic & sustainable option, when you're in need of a new phone ;) or a laptop ;) or a vacuum cleaner! or whatever! Launched the Campus Recruitment program at Back Market:- Started building Employer Branding and long-term relationships with the Business Universities in France (for offices in Paris & Bordeaux)- Organizing meet ups and workshops at schools, participated in career fairs- Testing & implementation of various talent attraction / acquisition methods (Assessment days, Talent Pools, etc)- Building the talent pipeline & managing Hiring Managers (33-45 at the same time) as well as their end-to-end recruitment processes for interns.- Worked on expanding the program and involving the Tech schools in France (research and bench marking, networking & connecting to the schools)-Volume: 40-50 hires every 6 months so far.
