Role and Responsibilities• Selling bank products to new customers and cross selling to existing customers , Deposit mobilization for the bank and stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration. • Handling establishment of new account relationships and Variations to the existing relationships, Initial stages of credit matters, and Dissemination of information relating to the Bank’s Products & Services. • Underwriting of credit applications in line with the banks CQ (Credit quest) requirements and recommendation to credit for decision making. • Conduct weekly sales meetings and reviews at the branch to determine the weekly performance of the sales team• Team leader for the Branch sales team (DSR) by providing training, coaching and motivation to the team for the Branch to meet the annual set targets.• Extending support and guidance to Customer Care Representative at the Branch• Credit cards/debit cards inquiries encashment and processing at the Branch• Collect information from customers relating to account relationship.• Initial interview of customers who require financial assistance/facilities and direct them accordingly ensuring that relevant supporting documents are obtained for processing. • Making of relationship calls to both potential and existing clients regarding on what the Bank can offer and market intelligence gathering for penetration• Receive and solve or escalate both verbal and written customer complaints noting to record them in the customer complaints register at the Branch.• Receiving, guiding and doing initial appraisal of loan applications ,processing and recommendation to credit for decision making
