Finance department provides management,control and administration of all matters related to the financial aspects of Gibotel.The Finance Department support the Managing Director in budget development,Project Feasibility Analysis,Cash flow Forecast & Management and all together with long term Financial Planning.

Organizing and coordinating the budget process for both Opex and Capex sections,facilitate guidelines and all necessary inputs to align budget with company objective.Perform feasibility analysis on any new projects to make sure stakeholder's interest is well covered.Controlling day to day operational expenditure of the organization to make sure we don't cross budget line unjustifiably.Monthly and annual Financial reports is the key function of the accounts,making sure we communicate all numbers so that we may equip decision makers with all necessary information.Working hand on hand with commercial unit to make sure there is no over-commitment and all available opportunities are tapped accordingly .Daily cash flow management is critical to any demanding operation like telecom industry,All short terms and long term commitment must be honored for the purpose of building confidence and trust with all stakeholders
