Responsible for carrying out engineering checks of all mechanical drawings produced for Project, Participated in design reviews, where knowledge transfer, previous learning & experience are shared with the designers and project team members, Signed & approved all equipment drawings pertaining to project ensuring that designers & detailers are working to the latest revision drawings & certified supplier drawings as appropriate, Responsible for preparing and managing others young engineers to prepare all equipment list for all disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, & Instrumentation). Responsible for all project procurement, from enquiry, adjudication in conjunction with Project requirements. Managed, expedited order process, expediting delivery & acceptance of procured items all in accordance with Procurement Policy & Procedures. Responsible and ensuring Certified Drawings are delivered early in the order process, checked, signed & in use by the designers & detailers.

Responsible for assessing, reviewing, monitoring and managing subcontractors and suppliers planning. Effectively plan tasks to ensure timeously completion of project. Assess and analyze sub-contractors program before contract award. Manage subcontractors and suppliers program to ensure format and method of reporting consistent with the execution plan. Prepare detail and summary program together with the project team for management reporting. Review impact on scope change and advice on cost and schedule implication on the project. Obtain, monitor and verify progress of the project to track performance against the plan and thereby identify early warning signs. Planning programs to make sure that method of reporting is consistent with the project execution plan.

Responsible for preparing ,checking, reviewing engineering drawings, implementing design standards and codes to make sure drawings comply with clients requirements. Employ draughting principles and apply engineering specifications to produce quality and acceptable designs. Check and revised all drawings using engineering drawing standard procedures. Advanced user of and fully literate in AutoCAD 2004. Prepare detail engineering drawings. Determine basic area and mass calculation for chute designs. Identify and record problems using incident report systems. Review construction drawings and make recommendations to make sure that they comply with client specifications and requirements.

Responsible for developing material control schedules, generating material take-offs, preparing cost estimates, evaluating and adjudication of subcontractors quotations, assisting site personnel with installation of structures, mechanical equipments and piping on site. Assist Project Manager in delegating work site teams to improve construction time on the project. Reduce workload by assisting Project Manager to concentrate on other high level issues. Analyzing & reading engineering drawings to generating material take-offs. Develop material database for procurement requirements. Prepare cost estimates for extra work, which does not form part of the contractual work. Evaluate and adjudicate subcontractors quotations to select the best price. Compile claims for additional P&G's acceleration and standing time as per Bill Of Materials.
