As founder, my role has been building the company over the last six years, navigating COVID-19, building a client base and engaging and inducting a range of consultants. I have set the tone for the company culture based on respect, equality, mutual assistance and having fun. I have also worked on various client sites in Australia and the Pacific, including IT management, project management, risk management, and general consultancy. It's been a blast, and the journey continues!

My responsibilities encompassed overseeing program creation, team assembly, establishment of industry standards, and coordination of multiple vendors, including DXC, Accenture, Avanarde, and Ernst and Young. This effort ensured coordinated delivery across nine concurrent programs involving approximately 150+ staff. Moreover, I also defined and implemented the new IT infrastructure, orchestrating a seamless transition from on-premise to cloud-based services while meticulously adhering to APRA standards and requirements. Additionally, I spearheaded CRM implementation, data analysis, system enhancement, marketing personalisation, process optimisation, and organisational changes while fostering a customer-centric approach. My governance expertise and leadership skills were put to use, including the facilitation of monthly meetings and the delivery of a comprehensive 150-page pack defining governance aspects spanning risk to finance and everything in between.♦ Established the Bupa data platform and toolset, enabling personalised customer experiences and enhancing data-driven decision-making.♦Delivered product enhancements for improved functionality by implementing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, overcoming significant challenges.♦ Revitalised the organisation's core systems, significantly improving their supportability and reliability, thus enhancing operational efficiency.

As a Practice Director at ANZ, I undertook the strategic task of consolidating diverse teams across Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines into a cohesive unit of 80 project professionals. This team was dedicated to the "change the business" function for Group Hubs, serving 6,000 operational staff spread across locations like Bangalore, Manila, Chengdu, Fiji, and Melbourne. My leadership initiatives directly addressed issues such as non-delivery, low engagement, and capability gaps, resulting in a significant boost in staff satisfaction and overall capability. I consistently drove projects to higher benefit ratios, emphasising the delivery of robust and sustainable outcomes. Additionally, I closely monitored key performance indicators, optimising performance in areas such as engagement levels, customer satisfaction, project costs, project benefits, and project delivery timelines.♦ Achieved radical improvement in staff engagement by creating a compelling vision and commitment to uplifting staff capability. ♦ Realised substantial cost savings for every dollar invested in projects through the efficient utilisation of resources.♦ Uplifted customer satisfaction (voice of business) from 5.3 to 7.2 by developing project tools, engagement, and actions with staff to improve execution performance. ♦ Reduced project durations by 40% to an average of 6.3 months by reviewing project execution methods to remove duplication and strengthening controls on resources, schedule, and scope.
