• Responsible for the Quality testing & calibration oflaboratory’s operations and to secure that their services are performed according to EIAC requirements.• Drive fault analysis when instrument failed during Quality testing & calibration.• Evaluating the cause of the problem and determining if the product is defective or nonconforming to customer specifications.• Overseeing weekly and monthly quality reports and improvement activities.• Familiar with Quality measurement method development and verification.• Set-up, maintain and document a quality system for the calibration & testing laboratory that fulfills ISO 17025 requirements• Skilled in using measuring & testing of electrical & mechanical instruments, and be aware of different instrument types basic design (on a block diagram level)• Quality inspection, Calibrate, align, troubleshoot and repair electrical test equipment as per the instrument’s requirement.• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 requirements.• Preparing Quality testing & Calibration procedures for the respective sections• Following lab quality management system as per the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.• Preparing statement of method by considering thehazard of customer premises. • Resolving the complaints from the customers and take the appropriate action immediately.
