I returned on a short-term basis to work with Stuker to assist in the set-up and launch of a new product.

Implemented, trained, and hired for all new Business Development Centres for 4 years. The most requested trainer for last three years. Taught Stuker and Associates world famous "Take No Prisoners" telephone training boot camp for visiting dealers from around the globe. Conducted high-impact, power seminars for 50-100 salespeople. Responsible for the motivation and growth for hundreds of dealerships across Canada, the U.S. and Australia. Consistently ranked the most sought after and most requested Stuker trainer. Regularly called upon to visit clients not happy with other trainers performance and regularly improved and rebuilt our damaged business relationship. Impacted business's revenue by increases between 10 - 25% of bottom line profit monthly.

Casino Niagara was the first casino built in Niagara Falls and is a World-Class Gaming Destination.Reported directly to the Corporate Investigator and was responsible for the investigation and documentation of all patron injuries, thefts, arrests, refusal of service, and trespasses. Liaised with Surveillance Operators, OPP Officers. Casino Shift Managers, Food and Beverage Managers and all staff to provide a detail report of all statements, medical reports and surveillance footage to be used to defend the casino in civil proceedings. Responsible for the arrest, detention and transfer of all individuals to police custody whom were accused of Uttering Forged Documents, Use of Non-Issue Identification, Trespass to Property, Theft and Assault.
