While at Informatica, I completed the apprenticeship program within the highly regarded Global Customer Support (GCS) Department. Throughout this period, I conscientiously developed expertise in a range of Informatica Products, with a particular focus on CDGC and EDC. This skill development has played a pivotal role in my ability to provide outstanding technical support to our esteemed clientele.
