I'm a very focused person, that values a good work-life balance. I worked for many years in financial markets, as broker, advisor, PM and finally as market & workflow specialist for an international software company, with strong links to big financial institutions. During my long career, I had the opportunity to work in different companies (both large and small), several cities and countries and interact - in varied roles - with many different teams. My expertise in finance covers a wide range of products, from plain vanilla equities and FI to structured notes and more exotic derivatives. I believe in equity factor investing and in quantitative finance as ways to generate alpha. Nowadays I'm CEO of retail stores Pops & Katia, in Brazil countryside state of Mato Grosso, and also founder/CEO of Ixion Capital (SFO) . I am a great enthusiast of hard sciences such as Physics and Chemistry, and like a lot to play Chess, D&D as well as card and board games (Magic The Gathering being my favorite one nowadays).
