− Management Scope: Managing all employees within the Europe Business Unit.− Responsibilities: Ensuring completion of tasks among employees and Conducting follow-ups on task progress.− Mentoring Program Involvement: Acting as a moderator for the Women in Diversity Mentoring program and Utilizingthe Chronus tool for program management and support.− Description of My Role:− I mostly focus on a specific business unit, where I used to follow up with staff to ensure that they completed specificcredentials, such as architect certificates. (I primarily work with managers and above.)− In addition, I work with employees in my business unit to fill their abilities, expertise, and positions in a specific tool of myteam, which is used for future resource needs.− In addition, I work as a moderator in a specific women’s delivery mentorship program, where we connect mentees andmentors for a mentoring program. I used to make connections follow up, and collect updates from them for mentoringsessions (in this program, I mostly dealt with directors and senior directors). I also assisted the Australian team withsetting up a mentoring program.− I also work in timecard management, where I follow up with employees and remind them to complete their monthly timesheets.
