I am a passionate and dedicated medical professional, deeply committed to advancing pediatric oncology and improving patient outcomes. With a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, I’ve gained extensive experience in clinical work and research. Currently, I serve as a clinical coordinator at the Uganda Child Cancer Foundation (UCCF) and also do clinical work at the Uganda Cancer Institute, where I oversee the care of children with cancer, coordinating treatment plans and monitoring their progress.In addition to my clinical roles, I am actively involved in research, collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes of pediatric cancer patients. My work as a research assistant has further strengthened my skills in data collection, analysis, and study design, which are crucial in advancing pediatric oncology research.I am deeply passionate about digitalizing healthcare, particularly in the field of childhood cancer research. I believe that technology has the power to transform patient care and research, allowing for better data management, better diagnostics, and more effective treatments. This passion drives my ongoing efforts to explore innovative ways to use technology in both patient navigation and research.Beyond clinical work and research, I’ve led community projects, such as Zenith Youth Project, a UN Academic Impact recognized project focused on promoting healthy lifestyles among youth, helping them regulate social habits that affect long-term health. My goal is to make a lasting impact, whether through direct patient care, groundbreaking research, or digital health innovations.
