- In a record 2 weeks, Vodafone Ghana's most beautiful shop was delivered in the Cantonments neighborhood leading to the award of a Vodafone meritorious award, The Vodafone Hero.Managed the delivery of a new Retail shop in Tema using local and foreign materials and creating a hybrid shop of a unique standard.Successfully managed Retail Refurbishments of two Retail shops (High Street & Accra North) up to new standards and specifications required of Vodafone Global in a record two and a half month period- Effectively collaborated with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds to pull resources for timely delivery of opening and launching of refurbished shops- Enhanced the Vodafone brand image by giving the shops a new look and feel in terms of customer satisfaction-Coordinated activitivities between external and internal stakeholders across the globe ensuring a successful delivery of two shops on the same day

Managed the successful implementation of EVO, Vodafone's version of SAP in Ghana in a record 6 month period. The first of such implementations which would normally take 18 months.
