Before joining Kostenwert, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Team Lead at HARPS Holdings, managing costs and coordinating capital expenditure for commercial developments. I also developed a unit cost database library, prepared project reports and forecasts, and improved project cost pricing by 25%. Additionally, I conducted audits, reconciliations, and benchmarking for capital projects. I am a Professional Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS) with the Quantity Surveying Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).
