CurrentMandatory Safety Induction conducting to new staff, workers & visitors. Conducting daily Pep Talk meetings before starting the activities in the site. Conducting Tool Box Talk together with the specific activity supervisor and the responsible engineer. Site PPE inspections, Site work safety Inspections & Safety advising. Inspect the site safety precaution steps and the legal formalities apply to the site. Create daily safety report and site inspection reports and documentations and presentations. Implement site safety in/out register and safety formats for each activity. Display the signages in all the aspects like safety, precaution, warning, health, environment, traffic, instruction,etc. Study and monitoring of site activities, work method statements & operational manuals of power tools and machinaries. Assist Safety Internal/External audits & occupational health surveys in the site, office, camp. Ensure to implement and monitor of work permit system procedures. Risk assessment & control capable of proactively deploying methods & technologies. Plan & organize the emergency evacuation procedure with safety committee, rapidness by display routes, maps, sign boards, periodic mock drills & emergency response procedures and trainings, etc. Significantly implement companies Health & Safety Management System across the site/plant. Inspect the fire protection & fire preventive system equipments. Conceptualizes layout to assist in process & work flow, ergonomics, lighting, pollution control, safety & access. Integrate HSE systems & programs in all site activities/plant operations. To conduct surprise safety inspection with team members to ensure the site & labour camp health & safety.Identify, manage & organize various types of HSSE trainings for employees/contractors (induction programs, hazardous / risky / dangerous / toxic / radiations effects, height at work, hot work safety, confined space, defensive driving, personnel safety
