Job Description* Overseeing import and export Activities of Tg Arla, within and outside Nigeria(core responsibility)*Preparation of Export Documents from LFZ to Nigeria Customs Territory.*Preparation and taking charge of export from Nigeria to other countries, mainly ECOWAS region *Establishing Form M on the trade portal for all imports.*Liasing with Banks in getting PAAR for all import shipments. *Preparing Import Exchange Control Documents (ECDs) and validating same with banks in which the LC/form M was opened.*Uploading Import documentations to LFTZ Portals.*Analysing and presentation of data to management for decision making.*Preparing LFTZ export Documents

Role: Operations/Planning personnel ( Experienced Import and Export Executive)Responsibilities:Planning and Monitoring of daily task for Clearing Officers at the sea port and Airport as it relates to import and export Giving daily reports on activities carried out by clearing staff at the sea port/airportPreparation of job trackers to assess the clearing activities at the sea port/Airport for each monthSending mails to shipping companies and terminals on behalf of clients to ensure timely delivery of consignmentsWorking directly with the Chairman and Managing Director on other important tasks as assigned by the managementHolding business meetings with some of our clients, the likes of Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Limited, Nigerbev Limited, Henkel Limited, GB foods Africa etc.Managing endorsement proceedings with NAFDAC behalf of our clients in food and drug related industryProferring solutions to customers’ challenges in responsive and reliable wayActed on different occasions as the first point of contact between the organization and its numerous customersGoing on intervention roles for the company on behalf of clients especially with government agencies like Nigeria Customs Service,SSS, NDLEA, NAFDAC etc.Drafting of letters to Nigeria Customs Service Abuja to contest various issues raised during clearance of any of our clients’ consignment And many other prolific tasks/roles for the company
