CurrentWork with internal clients' to understand, consult, gather and document business requirementsPlan, build, test and deploy various business applications and provide hands-on technical support Identify, recommend and correct deficiencies in the application environment. Coordinate the resolution of more complex issues, liaising and escalating to support staff as requiredCollaborate effectively with key stakeholders including internal client groups, operational groups, support team and vendors to maintain efficient service and support.Produce basic training material and guide end users appropriately on the use of business applicationsWork on project, business and process documentation including the development, implementation and re-design of both business and technological processes and procedures.Work with Project Managers to facilitate project deliverables and liaise with technical and business staff on the development and actualization of the requirementsParticipate in the business application selection processLead smaller initiatives as projects
