Ventino Windows Private Limited is a uPVC Doors and Windows fabrication unit based in Faridabad. Our basic Business model was to import high-end uPVC profiles from a Belgium based company, fabricate them into customized windows; complete with hardware and glasses and installation of the same at client side. During my tenure as Director and Head of Production, I led an annual turnover of US$ 1,50,000 right from the first year with a 15-member team. Was solely responsible for the entire production set-up and operations including, but not limited to, resource management, cost management, vendor management, quality management, legal, HR management and accounting. Defined and implemented all pre-production and production processes.

Worked as a test engineer at Swisscom, Bern (Switzerland). Worked in the All IP FTTH Project as an application specialist for Telecom product "Netcracker" and was responsible for end-to-end testing which included other systems such as Siebel CRM and TIBCO. Was working with LEF aand HEF (Low-End and High-End Fibers) in the MSA (Multi-service Access) Networks.

I worked in L2/L3 production support as well as application testing roles for Australian client Telstra in The Telecom OSS/BSS domain specializing on Netcracker and ODIN (legacy system).
