She is a dynamic integration lead with over 11 years of experience working with diverse middleware assignments. She has successfully played implementation and architecture design lead roles in Deloitte. Her technical knowledge and expertise include integration architecture and design methodologies using different Integration patterns using IBM Integration bus, IBM Datapower, IBM Transformation Extender, SOA, Web Services, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, EDI mappings, REST technologies. She has also led the development of the Medicaid Enterprise Solution (MES)–HealthInteractiveTM Platform as Integration Lead for modernizing the traditional MMIS systems currently implemented in five states. She also possesses knowledge of Medicaid industry – MMIS & MES Systems including MITA business flows. She has worked on EDI, FHIR , ITX maps specific to healthcare industry.She is also a certified scrum master (CSM) & SAFe Agilist. She plays scrum master & handles scrum ceremonies for the current team. Her role includes facilitation of Sprint Planning, PBR activities, Sprint retrospection, Scrum of Scrum, preparaing burnt down & velocity charts, User Story Grooming etc. Presently, she is working as EDI Technical Development lead for State of Ohio – EDI team. She is also interested in blockchain & exploring the other technology and processes.
