I am Tejas Goel (CA Finalist) I am doing my articleship from EY in Business consulting domain(Internal Audit)I have gained hands-on experience in the real estate sector, focusing on leasing operations and building management.In the leasing domain, I explored key aspects such as common area charges, rent calculations, agreement clauses like trading density, and common practices like rent-free periods and rent pricing strategies.In building operations, I learned how properties are managed for tenants, including arrangements for security, facilities, parking, and retail outlets, along with revenue-sharing models for retail spaces.These experiences have deepened my understanding of operational and financial practices in the real estate sector, complementing my skills in risk assessment and process evaluation.
