In his current role as Group CFO and Head of Procurement and Supply Chain at Nephroplus, Prashant will spearhead strategic finance initiatives, both domestically and internationally. His responsibilities will encompass running the day-to-day CFO responsibilities, while driving strategic focus to expansion efforts through mergers and acquisitions, enhancing Return on Capital Employed (ROCE), and fortifying our finance systems and capabilities. Prashant brings two decades of leadership experience across various divisions at major global corporations such as HSBC, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America working across different geographies in the USA, Philippines and India. His experience includes coordinating upto US$100M+ budgets for multinational business units with upto 4500+ staff. He has successfully built new operating models and business across geographies by addressing cultural, business practices, regulatory regimes under especially challenging situations, thus giving him a unique insight into scaling and growing a commercial enterprise across multiple cultures and geographies and relishing the opportunity to align commercial process to Board-mandated objectives.In terms of personal style, Prashant has the reputation of being tough with a strong sense of fairness and transparency.
