Joined at the inception of its transformation journey and was assigned the responsibility to build and lead the Transformation Command Center – a team of 10 people across US. The main objective is to centralize support areas by aligning with the global operating model, enabled by global process & system platforms and supported by global capability model.Notable Accomplishments:> Facilitated the Senior Leadership Strategy Session to develop the future organization design and tactical imperatives for North America Transformation.> Program Management Support to facilitate the execution of the vision set during the strategy session. Key activities included centralization through an extensive selection process, transition to a call center based model.> Developed the “to-be” core processes by providing the core methodology and managing the global process reengineering team comprised of more than 100 representatives from 20 countries.> Build cutting edge frameworks, playbooks and methodologies in the areas of process reengineering, operating model, capability assessment, regional deployment, change management, offshoring, centralization, legal entity transfer, governance, voice of customer and benchmarking. > Facilitated the reduction of budget by $37M in 2008. Over the five year journey, the program is on track to achieve:o $200M in cumulative benefitso Increase offshore penetration from 7% to 37%. o Increase onshore FTE ratio (efficiency ratio) by 109%
