Primary Duties: Monitor and respond promptly to all incidents and downtimes. Classify issues for escalation as per the business requirements of clients and the way they impact their operations.Collect and assess performance reports of several systems. Report trends in application performance and hardware to aid seniors in forecasting future issues or downtimes. Document all activities by complying with conventional policies and procedures of the organization.Work with the technical and other teams to generate and update knowledge base articles. Conduct routine testing of systems and carry out operational tasks, including script execution, network connectivity testing, etc.Use all vendor and internal resources to isolate and fix issues as per service level agreements (SLAs) and expectations of clients. Manage servers and troubleshoot system-level issues.Perform daily remedial maintenance inspections and services. Add, modify, move, and delete on applications, systems, and infrastructure services.Perform patch management and application services. Administer and execute change management. Interact with field engineers to fix issues. Take note of performance issues that occur regularly. Directly communicate with users and organizations that have been affected due to breakdowns and maintenance actions.Maintain technical information of clients as per specified documentation standards. Handle and maintain alerting and monitoring systems. Are responsible for managing and maintaining workstations of clients along with their routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, among others. Ensure the best possible access, capacity, performance, and ease of use of deployed technologies.Handle end user accounts and ensure round-the-clock technical support. Suggest and systematize methods to rectify common network issues, particularly those occurring frequently.
