Interact with field engineers to fix issues. Take note of performance issues that occur regularly. Directly communicate with users and organizations that have been affected due to breakdowns and maintenance actions.Maintain technical information of clients as per specified documentation standards. Handle and maintain alerting and monitoring systems. Are responsible for managing and maintaining workstations of clients along with their routers, switches, servers, and firewalls, among others. Ensure the best possible access, capacity, performance, and ease of use of deployed technologies.Handle end user accounts and ensure round-the-clock technical support. Suggest and systematize methods to rectify common network issues, particularly those occurring frequently.
