At BGSW, we make software for several OEM vehicles that run in different configurations. Projects I have worked on include testing the software released for Gasoline engines of BMW and Electric Inverters used in large Daimler vehicles. My responsibilities include:- Testing SW based on testcase designed as per client requirements- Performing release tests on different variants of software every week- Management of a team of 8 to perform required testing- Analysing and reporting the bugs encountered to the Development Team- Automating test scripts on ECUTEST tool to minimise execution time.

As a consultant, I have worked on the following projects- Fundraising and recruitment video and brochure for Rural Youth Fellowship- Executive Producer for movies on two projects with Kahaaniwale Pvt Ltd.- Consulting manager for Youth Entrepreneurship projects with Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship

The Communications function at KEF aims to establish communications as a tool to change behaviour at scale- Created Campaign plan, design, and collaterals to facilitate the behavior change required in interactionspost-COVID, contextualized across 8 states to protect the lives of 2.9 million senior citizens- Influenced the State Project Director and Deputy Commissioner offices through inputs in creative designand communication strategy ultimately productizing Communications for Rajasthan State Government- Coordinated with 5 agencies for execution of digital media, PR, and creative strategies by triangulatingneeds of 3 parent entities and partners including State Governments, Genpact, Piramal Group, and Google- Produced 4 videos and wrote 10+articles out of which 3 went on to be published in National newspapers- Defined vision, mission, goals, and strategy for the function to support the Communications Director- Designed a viable retail fundraising campaign strategy to raise INR 5 crores in 20 days

The CEO’s strategic initiatives group is a team of 4-6 consultants who align org leaders’ vision and execution- Supported the CEO to develop exhaustive collaterals including updates, pitches, budgets, and change in program strategies for Board meetings and six-weekly senior leadership meetings - Collaborated with 18 Executive Leaders to articulate short and long-term program strategies in alignment to 5 and 10-year organization goals for FY 19-20 & 20-21. - Change managed standard product framework for education initiatives and created a resource assessment model to identify human and financial resource requirements for each growth stage- Designed the scope and execution of an ‘Education Leadership University’ including qualitative experiences on campus, and a mathematical model to calculate staff and administrative needs - Articulated a 115+ Cr. Budget through a product-based financial framework by triangulating needs of 30 leaders across operations, financial, and HR functions.

In the School Leadership Development Program, I- Visited schools with planned interventions for five hours- Advised and motivated teachers on pedagogy techniques and critical indicators of good class room teaching- Supported Headmaster with the school development plan- Interacted and worked on relationship building with all stakeholders (students, teachers, headmasters, community, officials)- Conducted capacity building workshops for HM Leadership and Teaching Practices- Designed and executed strategic Field Support campaigns for improved Student Learning Outcome

In Swara, I provided technical solutions in- Social Media Marketing- Supply Chain Management- Website and Content design- Photography- Brand and PR Management

Little Einteins - Science is a project for teaching Science and targeted towards class 6,7,8 students in shelter homes. During the period, I- Researched and designed facilitator guides and lesson plans for activities- Managed Project Coordinators from five cities for proper implementation and volunteer management through regular conference calls and constant follow - up on email- Organised event 'Eureka' for children to think up, make and display science projects in Chennai and remotely in Delhi- Designed pamphlets, posters and promotional strategies for our activities
