- Comprehensive financial risk analysis for all credit risk factors (facility structure risk, security risk, industry risk, management risk, account performance risk, financial risk, ratio calculations, borrowing entitlement, financial projections, etc.).- Preparing credit risk evaluation sheet for credit requests under fresh facilities, renewals, enhancements, reductions, etc. to analyze client's repayment capacity.- Analyzing commercial credit market data / financial statements of the borrowers to determine risks involved.- To draft, review, negotiate and revise a variety of complex corporate transactions both short and long term for ideal structuring of credit limits.- To review loan and security documentations and monitor security coverage and other financial covenants.- Keep updated on current economic scenario and industry trends to effectively gauge all risks involved from a macro economic perspective on lending to small, medium and corporate commercial clients.- Ensure compliance to various regulations issued by State Bank and other regulatory bodies along with credit and risk management policies of the bank as part of credit risk evaluation process.

- Daily overdue reporting of principal / mark-up on loan outstanding classified under facility wise segregation reported to zonal heads and CEO.- Fortnightly aging report of principal / mark-up over dues on loan outstanding of more than 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 180 days classified under facility wise segregation reported to zonal heads and CEO.- Reporting major variances in individual accounts in bank's total advances position on daily basis classified under various loan types.- Reporting comparison of total advances position (date-wise) segregated under zonal heads and credit facilities extended to them.- Pre / post review of groups / entities outstanding advances position to assess credit repayment capacity for credit risk review process.- Revising blanket excess / TOD authorization powers granted to branch managers, area heads, and zonal heads on Pan-Pakistan basis on yearly basis.- Assist unit head in coordinating with zonal heads for overdue adjustment and maintain the responses and daily / fortnightly generated overdue statements.

- Preparing memorandum of bank's large borrower's for the purview of the Board's Credit Committee / Board of Directors of credit proposals for fresh sanction, renewal, enhancements, reductions, cancellations, etc.- Preparing credit sanction advice of bank's large borrower's for the purview of the Board's Credit Committee / Board of Directors of credit proposals for fresh sanction, renewal, enhancement, reduction, cancellation, etc.- Preparing comprehensive credit risk evaluation sheet of large borrowers for review under Board's Credit Committee / Board of Directors.- Preparing Board's Credit Committee meeting review summary of accounts falling under quarterly review date of large borrowers (executive summary, limits review, business, turnover, financial control sheets, etc.)- Reporting related party fund-based and non-fund limits, outstanding, credit facilities, pricing, and collateral for regulatory compliance to SBP.- Quarterly reporting of credit proposals approved by the Board's Credit Committee (through circulation) of temporary excess over limits, ad-hoc accommodations, enhancement and extension in validity of limits for review of the Board of Directors.- MIS reporting of all proposals approved, regretted, and deferred (in-meeting / through circulation) under limit changes, adjustments, enhancements, ad-hoc approvals, etc.- Reporting linkage ratio exceeding 4 times of equity (over Rs. 10.00 Million exposure) for information of the Board of Directors.- Report compliance status of individual business units on decisions / recommendations made by the Board of Directors / Board's Credit Committee on credit sanction advice during the year.

- MIS reporting at following levels: a) Excess over limits (E-memos) processed by Head of Credit / CEO / Central Credit Committee. b) Machinery import (E-memos) processed by Head of Credit / CEO / Central Credit Committee. c) Credit Proposals processed via Central Credit Committee (in-meeting / through circulation). d) Deferrals approved via Central Credit Committee (in-meeting / through circulation). e) Waivers of personal guarantees of directors approved via Central Credit Committee. f) Credit proposals received/under process of regional head of credit- south and head of credits.- Coordinating with relationship managers to comply all regulations necessary for credit approval- To liaise with business units and other segments for periodic / regulatory reporting.- Scrutinizing credit proposals for meeting SBP Prudential Regulations criteria for credit process.
