My role at 2BM is as a go-to-market resource for 2BM’s growing software division. My responsibilities include conducting value propositions and business cases for our software and technology, developing our marketing strategy, facilitate RFP from prospective customers and present an overview of our competitive position to senior leadership.In addition to this I am responsible for generating new leads and help move them through the pipeline. This I have done through conducting business-imperative analyses, Qualification analyses and product deep-dives with customers - as well as establishing entry-point relationships, performing discovery calls, identifying Stoppers in the buying firm, and delineating timescales.

While getting my feet wet in business development and strategy, I participated in various project management assignments, including test cases, project plans, Design Thinking workshops, as well as stakeholder management. In addition, I took a deep dive into a plethora of enterprise technologies including SAP S/4 HANA, Enterprise Asset Management, Augmented Reality, IBM Cloud, Predictive Maintenance, Machine Learning, IoT, Big Data, IBM Watson, and Industry 4.0

Wrote my dissertation on the distributor network for the Danish Cobot manufacturer, Universal Robots.Liaised with senior UR executives to discuss the objectives of the thesis.The objective was to create a best practice partner network for rapidly expanding sales and distribution network.Interviewed two Asian Pacific distributors to gain insights into downstream customer wishes and concerns. Was awarded an A grade.

Case handler on a Deloitte financial services project revolving around Payment Protection Insurance review and redress on behalf of a large UK bank, complying with FSA and FOS regulations. The role involved handling high networth client accounts, while facilitating transparent audit trails. Target based with strict performance requirements:• Managing pipeline and actioning all leads• Meeting daily targets, and exceeding KPI • Never underachieved on monthly targetIn addition, I performed review of client cases, as well as performing calculations with extensive quality control requirements.

My role was to effectively get the student body involved and actively show Pakistan in a positive light; while conducting charitable events at university showing the true culture of Pakistan.
