About Joseph Anthony Norman

Joseph A. Norman is an oil and gas consultant with 30 years experience optimizing artificial lift systems with a focus on rod pump systems. In 2012, he and his future wife established FORTY A&M LLC, which provides fluid level surveys, dynamometer surveys, cement surveys, spacing surveys, failure programs,automation and tools to operators in the Permian Basin. Mr. Norman sits on the Board of the ALRDC (Artificial Lift, Research & Development Council) and is the Chair of the Website Committee and Co-chair of the Volunteer Committee. Mr. Norman has a passion for developing community leaders and currently teaches an after school program designed to teach students financial literacy and digital trade skills through a program he founded called Project L.A.M.B.O. Mr. Norman’s hobbies are attending church, fishing, creating content, video games and cheering on Texas Tech and the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Norman is a father of 4 and he and his wife Belinda reside in Midland, Texas.
