I am the Chief Executive Officer at the Asian School of Cyber Laws. I am also a qualified Mediator since 2017 and have mediated over 500 cases.I curate and teach courses in the fields of Information Technology Law (Cyber Law), Intellectual Property Laws & Mediation.Along with being a qualified Mediator, I also teach Mediation as a viable alternative dispute resolution option to litigation. For the last 20 years, I have been in the field of education as a faculty and an entrepreneur. As an Educator, I implement innovative teaching methodologies to engage participants in active learning. As an Entrepreneur, I curate, market and deliver ‘state of art’ legal courses, seminars, and workshops to students as well as working professionals.My research interests include Information Technology and its relation to Intellectual Property Rights, the production of Digital Evidence in courts and the use of mediation to settle matrimonial disputes.
