* Following customs clearance operations of confirmed import orders for materials,* Instructing customs broker about import operations, preparing and forwarding job orders and following import operations,* Controlling import operation costs and forwarding the invoices with necessary explanations to accounting dept.,* Supply of all imported goods and materials in a timely manner from abroad to warehouse in accordance with defined operational standards,* Create the payment demands, send payment documents to the banks and follow the payments by banks and customs,* Managing Finance, Import, Budget & Reporting teams,* Leading relations with banks and creditors,* To liaise with Auditors consultants on audit, tax and statutory reporting issues,* Daily Credit Risk Management tasks including block/unblock of customer accounts,* Contact customers to obtain payments information and/or commitments on overdue receivables* Develop and update financial reportings (DSO, aging review …),* Managing collection activities,* Controlling the invoices received from the service providers (e.g.: customs broker, shipping agents, transporter companies, warehouses, etc.) and handling the invoices to accounting dept on time.
