Since 2003, I have proven management experience with successful results in areas such as procurement, supply chain, administrative affairs management, business/process improvement, cost optimization, cost optimization, profitability, and performance improvement in order to achieve strategic corporate goals in Türkiye's largest institutions such as Sabancı Holding, Dogan Holding, Medikal Park, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, NGN Information Technologies operating in different sectors.With my versatile technical expertise and experience in procurement, finance, technology, and law, I understand the market, sector, and customer dynamics in the most accurate way; I carry out strategic procurement and budget (Opex & Capex) management that positively affects the business and workforce efficiency, corporate profitability and turnover increase of the institution I work for and provides a competitive advantage. I started my career at Sabancı Holding in 2003 as "Purchasing Manager" responsible for managing electronic purchasing tenders, making supplier agreements, and ensuring supply chain management. Between 2008 and 2011, I continued as "Purchasing Manager" at Dogan Holding responsible for managing purchasing processes, inventory planning, and supplier studies for all product groups sold in D&R stores.Between 2011 and 2014, I worked as "Purchasing Manager" at Medical Park Hospitals Group.Between 2014 and 2021, I switched to the banking sector and continued my career at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası as "Purchasing Manager".During this period, I received the "Outstanding Achievement" grade in the performance evaluation measurements made every year and became the "Manager with the Highest Savings" in all procurement activities. I was authorized by the GM and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for special tasks and established the Bank's contract management system.Since May 2022, I have been working as "Director of Procurement and Administrative Affairs" at NGN Information Technologies. I am responsible for the management of all service procurement and purchasing activities, preparation and control of OPEX & CAPEX budgets, taking necessary actions and follow-up within the scope of annual profitability (EBIDTA) targets.
