- Responsibility of specific product range of RA product portfolio (PLC, HMI, Motion, Components), SaaS (cloud based solutions), Digital twin and simulations systems, being a technical and commercial expert regarding problem resolution, questions and information transfer.- Generate technical BOM list of necessary products solution according to customer expectations and budget. - Proactively facilitating and/or providing technical trainings to the customer, distributor, OEMs and sales force.- Co-operating with the sales force in promoting the product range to existing and new accounts, with presentations, demonstrations and workshops similar activities.- Participating in trade shows, being the focal point for demonstrations, customer contacts during the show, seminars, webinars and similar activities.- Ensuring proper product and application information flow to the sales force and channels.- Proactively work with customer and partners in defining bid specifications and technical support.- Validating and resolving compatibility issues of products within architectural solutions and provide to customer and sales force.- Updating customers on new products and technology as related to customer’s industry and application needs as a resource to the sales team.

- Selection of electrical and electronic components of smart machines designed in the R&D unit and manufactured in the factory environment.- Creation of circuit diagrams and panels, preparation of project I/O and equipment lists, writing PLC and HMI software, design of motion control systems.- Realization of software test procedures and simulations.- Verification in accordance with quality standards and validation, creation of technical documents.- Realization of continuous improvement activities, commissioning in the field and providing the necessary.- Supporting mechanical and electronic design updates, manufacturing and end-user delivery activities of precision positioning products.
