I am a Production and Planning Manager at 3N, a company that provides lighting, energy, project, and consultancy services. I have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Beykent University, and two Bachelor's degrees in Polymer/Plastics Engineering and Accounting and Business/Management from Yalova University and Anadolu University, respectively. My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, problem solving, and business management.In my previous roles as a Planning Manager and a Planning Engineer at CONSAN and CONSAN GASKET, I was responsible for overseeing planning development plans and applications, providing training and information to operators, adjusting and controlling the capacities of production machines, determining and following up on purchase needs and orders, and stock planning in line with customer demands. I also prepared and reported monthly inventory counts. I have acquired multiple certifications in supply chain management and mini MBA from TOBB ETÜ.
