I lead communications at the Investment Office, Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. Previously, I worked as head of department covering strategic communication and crisis management at the Directorate of Communications, Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. My main research interests include strategic communication, event & campaign and brand design as platform, nation branding, intelligence, hybrid threats, digital diplomacy, AI and the Military, effects of tech trends, 21st century skills, algorithms and digital revolution on human life & society. I talk, teach and write about strategic communication, media, information warfare, behavioural science, intelligence (OSINT, GEOINT), data-driven policy areas and political campaigns. I proudly worked as a senior advisor to Ziya Selçuk, the Turkish Minister of Education from 2018 to 2020. I currently teach "Communication Skills for Engineers" course at Yıldız Technical University and "Digital Diplomacy" "AI and the Military" courses at National Defense University in Istanbul. I am also a member of the Teacher Prize Academy, and also I have recently contributed to OECD's Education 2030 project. I served at the AI Committee at the Turkish National Commission for UNESCO and also Digital Diplomacy Working Group at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I led Diplomacy Live's two most recent projects, The State of Digital Diplomacy (http://sodd16.com) and The Digital Diplomacy Review 2017 (http://digital.diplomacy.live) which are featured in 'Optimizing Engagement: Research, Evaluation and Learning in Public Diplomacy' by US Department of State .
