Globalscape SFTP server configuration and resolving the authentication issues,IIS SAN certificate generation and basic IIS troubleshooting. Middleware patching done for Microsoft products in Windows servers. All priority tickets were resolved pertaining to IIS,Windows and Weblogic. Backup taken of IIS Configuration when migrating to next high version. Vulnerability reduction achieved in servers by patching activity. Generated Internal Certificate and SAN certificate in IIS. Domain & Process Analysis, Customer client Interaction, Team management Provided user access for temporary login failure in GlobalScape SFTP. Created rules in GlobalScape SFTP for performing various activities (job creation). Installed SSH keypairs in Globalscape SFTP. L1 support for IIS administration.
