Position: Coffee shop supervisor • Ensure calm demeanor during period of high volume or unusual events and manage smooth transitions there to keep store operations to standard. • Display a customer come first attitude by training and holding teams accountable for delivering a good customer service. • Drive the implementation of company programs by developing actions plan and directly motivating and instructing the store team to implement them to meet operational and organizational objectives. • Planning, identifying, communicate and delicate appropriate responsibilities and practice to store team to ensure smooth operations. • Provide coaching and directing to the store team to take action and to achieve operational goals • Manage department inventory by tracking weekly sale reports and order products and supplies so as to meet customer requirements and the company’s gross profit goals. • Maintain accurate department records on all important matters, including performance and discipline, sale plan etc.
