Hi, I'm Gokul G Kumar, a passionate Civil Engineering. I have completed my under-graduation from University of Kerala in the year 2018, then I got opportunity to join National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) Pune, where I did my post-graduation diploma in Advanced Construction Management(ACM).I have published a paper on " Quantification and analysis of Blind Spots in Light motor vehicles" in international journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology(IJEAT) during my under graduation and did my Master's thesis on the topic "Analysis of cultural and organizational barriers in the adoption of Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM) in Indian construction Industry.During my academic tenures, I got many opportunities to prove myself. I was the president of American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE) student chapter of my college(2017-18) where I got a chance to lead a team from front. I was associated with an NGO Save a rupee Spread a smile(SARSAS) based in Trivandrum, where I got chance to contribute in their annual charity run as a volunteer.I was among the senior startup club mentors in NICMAR, Pune.As a professional, I got opportunity to work with Larsen & Toubro(L&T) construction and ICICI Bank previously.I am currently working as a Valuation Professional (Realestate Valuations) in Ernst and Young India. I am interested to work in areas of Project finance and real estate valuations .I am open to connections and opportunities.
