About the Project: The government of Bangladesh has launched a move to provide Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) among Bangladeshi citizens living and working in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Different government departments and agencies in Bangladesh believe nearly one million Bangladeshi citizens, mostly workers, now live in the UAE, many of them who have no authentic data.
