I'm a conscientious and enthusiastic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with a detailed orientation towards ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all stakeholders. With an exposure to real-time environment through my job, coursework, and internships, I have developed a deep understanding of HSE protocols and their implementation in the workplace.Currently working as an Group level HSE and Facility Executive at Starcare Health Systems UK in Oman, I'm responsible for developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs for the healthcare facility. I'm actively involved in identifying training needs and conducting training sessions on hazard management, disaster management, and fire safety, among others.Previously, I'm worked as an HSE Officer at Dr. Moopen’s Medical College in Wayanad, where I oversaw the safety and health of the staff members and stakeholders. My key responsibilities included conducting safety inductions, regular inspections of equipment and facilities, accident and incident investigations, and the preparation of weekly and monthly HSE reports.I holds NEBOSH IGC and IOSH MS certifications and have completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
